薄煤层无人工作面开采技术研究与应用

摘要:

摘要:薄煤层在开采时,由于作业场所狭小,开采难度大,机械化程度及经济效益低,安全效益差等原因,造成了资源的极大浪费。本文通过对采煤机智能控制技术、液压支架电液控制技术、综采工作面可视化监视技术、综采设备集中协调控制技术的研究,实现了薄煤层综采的无人化,为薄煤层开采的高产、高效和安全生产提供了保障,为我国煤矿薄煤层综合机械化开采打开了新局面

Abstract:

Abstract:Because of small workplaces,the difficulty of exploitation, low degree of mechanization and economic benefits, poor safety benefit reasons in thin seam mining resulting in a tremendous waste of resources. this paper through studies the shearer intelligent control technology, hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control technology, fully mechanized coal face visual surveillance technology, mechanized mining equipment centralized coordination control technology, achieved the Thin Seam Mining unmanned,which has provided a guarantee to high-yield and efficiency and safe production and open the new mechanized mining thin seam of coal mines in China.
